Baba Arts Promoter Transfers 62.29% Stake for ₹19.62 Cr

Baba Arts Ltd announced a significant change in shareholding where the promoter has transferred 3,27,00,000 equity shares, representing 62.29% of the paid-up capital, to an Acquirer. This transaction, valued at ₹6 per share, aggregated to ₹19,62,00,000 (₹19.62 Crore). The transfer was completed via off-market means on October 6, 2026. Additionally, 65,00,000 balance shares (12.38% stake) are to be transferred upon fulfillment of closing conditions. Consequently, the Acquirer has gained control of the company and will be classified as a Promoter. A board meeting is scheduled for October 9, 2026, to consider the reconstitution of the Board of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel.
