Norbexi Industries Ltd, formerly known as GB Hospitality (India) Private Limited, has disclosed the acquisition of shares of Bacil Pharma Ltd under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition took place on 19th February 2026, with Norbexi Industries Ltd acquiring 2075000 shares, which is 14.46% of the total share capital and voting rights. This acquisition does not involve any encumbered shares and has been made in the open market. The equity share capital and total voting capital of Bacil Pharma Ltd remain unchanged at 14353000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, before and after the acquisition.
