The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also set the book closure period from September 5, 2026, to September 11, 2026, inclusive. E-voting will be available from September 8, 2026 (9:00 AM) to September 10, 2026 (5:00 PM), with the cut-off date for eligibility being September 4, 2026. Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) will provide the e-voting and VC/OAVM facilities.
