B.A.G. Films Board Meeting on Nov 5, 2026 for Q2 FY27 Results

B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd has revised the date for its Board of Directors meeting to November 5, 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's corporate office to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026. Consequently, the trading window for designated persons and their relatives, which was previously set to close, will now remain closed until November 7, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company's code of conduct.
