Bagmane Prime Office REIT's Board of Directors, managed by Bagmane Realty Investment Manager Private Limited (BRIMPL), has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The REIT declared distributions totaling ₹5,100.00 million (₹1.5000 per Unit). This distribution includes ₹425.68 million (₹0.1252 per Unit) as interest, less applicable taxes, and ₹4,674.32 million (₹1.3748 per Unit) as dividend.
