Baid Finserv Fixes Sep 16, 2026 as Record Date for Final Dividend

Baid Finserv Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors has fixed Wednesday, September 16, 2026, as the Record Date for determining shareholder entitlement to the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The proposed dividend is Re. 0.10 (5%) per equity share of face value Rs. 2/-. This dividend is subject to member approval at the upcoming 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the dividend will be paid within the timelines prescribed by the Companies Act, 2013, to shareholders recorded as of the Record Date, after deduction of applicable taxes at source.
