Bajaj Auto Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary, Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV, has been notified by the European Commission that no in-depth investigation will be initiated under the Foreign Subsidies Regulation for the acquisition of control over PIERER Mobility AG. This notification allows the acquisition process to proceed to completion as of November 11, 2025. Upon completion, Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV will become the sole owner of Pierer Bajaj AG, which in turn holds 74.9% of KTM's parent company PIERER Mobility AG.
