Bajaj Auto Ltd. Re-appoints Pradeep Shrivastava as Whole-time Director for Five Years

Bajaj Auto Ltd. announced the re-appointment of Shri Pradeep Shrivastava as a Whole-time Director with the designation of Executive Director for another term of five consecutive years, effective from 1st April 2026, subject to the approval of the company's shareholders. Shrivastava, who joined Bajaj Auto in April 1986, has held various significant positions within the company and currently serves on the Supervisory Board of KTM AG and Bajaj Mobility AG. This decision was made during a Board meeting held on 18th March 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
