BCCL-VPCL Scheme of Arrangement Effective May 1, 2026

Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd (BCCL) announced the effectiveness of its Scheme of Arrangement with Vishal Personal Care Limited (VPCL). The company received the certified NCLT order sanctioning the scheme on April 22, 2026. Following a Board resolution on April 29, 2026, BCCL filed the necessary documents with the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, making the scheme effective from May 1, 2026. This corporate restructuring involves VPCL as the Demerged Company and BCCL as the Resulting Company, pursuant to Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
