Bajaj Electricals Ltd. Appoints Suketu Shah as Interim CFO and Mr. Rahul Pundir as Senior Management Personnel

Bajaj Electricals Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Suketu Shah as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from March 16, 2026. Mr. Shah, who has over 13+ years of experience in financial reporting, controllership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and investor relations, has been associated with the Company for over eight years. He has played a key role in several strategic and transformational initiatives and heads the Company’s Investor Relations function. In addition, the Company has designated Mr. Rahul Pundir, Chief Supply Chain Officer, as Senior Management Personnel, with effect from the same date.
