Bajaj Electricals Limited has entered into an agreement with SEAK s.r.o., a Slovak Republic-based company, to establish an exclusive collaboration for manufacturing and supplying lighting control products developed using SEAK's proprietary power line control technology. The agreement, valid for three years, grants Bajaj Electricals exclusive rights for the Territory (India) and allows for potential collaboration in other countries on a project-by-project basis. The partnership aims to deliver intelligent and energy-efficient lighting solutions for tunnel projects, addressing the evolving needs of India's and the region's growing infrastructure.
