Bajaj Finserv grants 52.14 lakh ESOPs at ₹1,764.20 per option

Bajaj Finserv Limited's Compensation Committee has approved the grant of 52,14,560 stock options to eligible employees of the company and its subsidiaries under the Bajaj Finserv Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme (BFS-ESOS). Each stock option is convertible into one equity share of face value Re. 1. The options have been granted at a market price of ₹1,764.20 per option, based on the closing price of the company's shares on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on April 29, 2026. These options are exercisable within 5 years from their respective vesting dates, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
