The transaction, subject to definitive agreements, is expected to be completed by October 31, 2026, with a consideration of up to ₹4.05 Crores. The unit contributed 0.54% to revenue (₹3.31 Crores) and 0.74% to net worth (₹3.97 Crores) in the last financial year. The buyer, M/s Orchem Products, is not a promoter/group company, and the transaction is confirmed as not a related party transaction. The trading window for company securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the formal execution of agreements.
