Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. An Audit Committee meeting will precede the board meeting to review these quarterly financial results. The company has also informed that the trading window for designated persons, which closed on July 01, 2026, will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
