Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd Acquires Remaining 3% Stake from Allianz SE in Insurance Subsidiaries

Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd has announced the acquisition of the remaining 3% equity stake held by Allianz SE in Bajaj General Insurance Limited and Bajaj Life Insurance Limited. This acquisition was made through a buyback offer, subject to necessary approvals. As a result, Allianz SE has completely exited the two insurance companies, and Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd's equity stake in each of the insurance companies has increased from 17.56% to 18.10%.
