Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd has reported a decrease of approximately 24% in gross disbursements for the quarter ended 30 September 2025, amounting to ₹ 15,900 crore compared to ₹ 212,014 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. The company's Assets under Management (AUM) have grown by 24% to approximately ₹ 1,26,740 crore as of 30 September 2025, compared to ₹ 1,02,569 crore as of 30 September 2024. The company's Loan Assets (AR) stood at approximately ₹ 1,143,050 crore as of 30 September 2025, compared to ₹ 89,878 crore as of 30 September 2024.
