Bajaj Mobility AG Confirms Revenue and Earnings for 2025, Announces Successful Turnaround

Bajaj Mobility AG (formerly PIERER Mobility AG) has confirmed the preliminary financial figures for the financial year 2025. The company reported a strong recovery in the 2nd half of 2025 with retail sales increasing by approximately 60% compared to the 1st half. The restructuring gain was EUR 1,193 million, revenue was EUR 1.009 billion, and sales were 209,704 units. EBITDA was EUR 874 million, EBIT was EUR 748 million, and net profit was EUR 590 million. The equity ratio rose to 24.3% with equity at EUR 385 million, and net debt was significantly reduced to EUR 798 million. Inventories were reduced by 101,153 units, and the company won 29 motorsport championship titles, making it the most successful year in the company's history.
