Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd. to Consider Bonus Issue on October 3, 2024

Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on October 3, 2024, to consider the proposal for issuance of Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company. The meeting is being held in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015. Furthermore, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company by the Designated /Connected Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from September 30, 2024, till 48 hours after the declaration of quarterly & half yearly Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024, and the same period will also apply for the Bonus issue of shares.
