Bajel Projects: AGM on August 7, 2026; ₹0.60 Dividend Recommended

Bajel Projects Ltd will hold its 4th Annual General Meeting on August 7, 2026. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.60 per share (30%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval, payable on or after August 11, 2026. The record date for the dividend is July 31, 2026. Additionally, the board approved increasing borrowing limits from ₹3,500 crore to ₹5,000 crore, subject to shareholder approval. Amee Joshi has been appointed as Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer, effective May 27, 2026, replacing Ajay Nagle, who will retire on August 31, 2026. Pooja Bajaj has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval.
