Bajel Projects Bags ₹1500 Cr Ultra-Mega EPC Order

Bajel Projects Limited has secured an Ultra-Mega EPC Order for Transmission Line & Substation from Lakadia A Power Transmission Limited. The order, valued at ₹1,500 Crore (including GST), involves constructing approximately 270 km of 765 kV double-circuit transmission lines and additional substation works. This is the largest transmission order in Bajel Projects' history and is crucial for evacuating renewable power in Gujarat. The project is expected to be completed within 36 months. The transaction falls within related party transactions and has been conducted at arm's length with prior shareholder approval.
