Bajel Projects Ltd has announced the bagging of a Major EPC Order for a GIS Substation from The Tata Power Company Limited. The order involves the supply and installation of a 220 kV GIS Substation at Salsette and Powai, Mumbai. This contract is considered within the ordinary course of business and is not a related party transaction. The project has a time period of 18 months from the issuance of the Purchase Order. None of the promoters or promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.
