Bal Pharma Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q3 2025 Results

Bal Pharma Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st January 2026 to 16th February 2026. This closure is for the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2025. The decision is in accordance with the Code of conduct of the Company and the amended provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing with the securities of the Company will be closed for 'designated persons' and their immediate relatives from 18th January 2026 up to 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results. The date of the Board meeting for the declaration of the unaudited financial results is yet to be intimated to the exchange.
