While 42,38,000 warrants were converted, the remaining 2,62,000 lapsed on July 19, 2026, as the balance payment was not received. Consequently, the company forfeited the subscription money received for these warrants, amounting to Rs. 39,30,000. The board also approved an amendment to the object clause of the Memorandum of Association, subject to shareholder approval.
