Balgopal Commercial Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 25, 2026. The board approved the forfeiture of 2,62,000 unexercised convertible warrants. These warrants were part of a preferential allotment of 45,00,000 warrants issued on January 20, 2025, with an exercise price of Rs. 60 per warrant. The holders had paid 25% of the issue price as subscription money. Out of the total warrants, 42,38,000 were converted into equity shares. The remaining 2,62,000 warrants lapsed on July 19, 2026, as the balance payment was not received within the 18-month tenure. Consequently, the subscription money received for these forfeited warrants, amounting to Rs. 39,30,000, has been forfeited by the company. The company also approved amendments to its Memorandum of Association to focus solely on Real Estate and Construction business and changed its corporate domain and official email IDs to align with its primary focus.
