Balgopal Commercial Ltd has approved the acquisition of 100% shareholding of Dreamax Estates Private Limited (DEPL) for a total consideration of Rs 1,00,000 and Rs 9.51 crores towards the land value. DEPL, a company incorporated in 2024, is engaged in the business of builder & landowner and holds land aggregating to approximately 4.23 acres in Pune. The acquisition is expected to support business expansion, improve project pipeline, and create long-term value.
