Balgopal Commercial Ltd Subsidiary Enters Development Agreement for Real Estate Project

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Balgopal Commercial Ltd announces that its wholly-owned/majority-owned subsidiary, Dreamax Buildtech Private Limited, has entered into an Assignment Agreement with M/s. Dhanji Developers. The agreement is for the development of Shanti Sadan Co-operative Premises Society Ltd. land bearing Survey No.292 (part), C.T.S No0.639 admeasuring 3,770.80 square meters together with the structures standing thereon situate, lying and being at Village Kurla, Taluka Kurla, Mumbai Suburban District. The consideration is Rs. 50 Crores and 16,000 sq. ft as area towards consideration. The purpose of the agreement is to develop the property into a residential/commercial project, subject to receipt of necessary approvals. This development aligns with the company's strategy to expand its real estate portfolio and enhance value for stakeholders.
