Balkrishna Paper Mills Ltd. to Dispose of Machineries at Ambivali Factory for Rs. 13,61,80,000 Plus GST

Balkrishna Paper Mills Ltd. (BPML) has disclosed under Regulation 30A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, that it is disposing of machineries situated at its factory at Ambivali. The total sale price of the machines is Rs. 13,61,80,000 plus GST. The agreement for sale was entered into on 04/03/2026 and the expected date of completion is 08/09/2026. The machineries contributed 96.35% of the total turnover or revenue or income and 3.65% of the other income for the year ended 31 March 2025. The buyer, Symcom Exim Pvt Ltd, is not related to the promoter/promoter group, directors, or KMP of BPML. The Company has obtained necessary approvals, including compliance with approval from shareholders through Regulation 37A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
