Ballarpur Industries Corrects NCD Face Value Error

Ballarpur Industries Ltd has issued a revised outcome filing to correct an inadvertent error in the face value of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The company clarified that the face value of each NCD is INR 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only), not INR 1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Only) as previously stated. Consequently, the number of NCDs issued was corrected from 100 to 10,000. The aggregate issue size of INR 100,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred Crore Only) remains unchanged. The NCDs are listed, rated, unsecured, and will be issued on a private placement basis with a tenure of 3 years, a coupon of 0%, and a redemption premium of 9% IRR annually. The issuance is proposed to be listed on BSE and/or NSE.
