Balmer Lawrie Fixes Record Date for FY26 Final Dividend

Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has announced the fixation of the record date for the declaration of a final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The record date has been set as Monday, September 14, 2026. This date will determine the eligibility of shareholders for the dividend, if declared at the 109th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 21, 2026. The company also fixed the cut-off date for sending AGM notices and annual reports as Friday, August 14, 2026. The remote e-voting period will be from September 17 to September 20, 2026. Dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
