Balmer Lawrie Investments Appoints Sipra Goon as Independent Director

Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd has appointed Smt. Sipra Goon as an Additional Non-Executive Director in the designation of Independent Director. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors via circulation, is effective immediately and will continue until the next General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval. Smt. Goon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has prior experience as an Independent Director on the Board of Andrew Yule & Company Limited. She has no inter-se relationship with other Directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any authority.
