Banas Finance Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Banas Finance Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the AGM in FY 2031-32. This appointment was recommended by the board and approved by shareholders at the AGM held on September 24, 2026. The company also re-appointed Mr. Vikash Kulhriya as an Independent Director for his second term. M/s.
