Banas Finance Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q4 and Year Ended 31st March, 2026 Results

Banas Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the audited Financial Results for the Fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This closure is as per the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person and their immediate Relatives of the Company, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of the audited results. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
