Banco Products (India) Ltd has announced its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, and the declaration of a dividend of ₹8 per equity share. Additionally, the AGM will address the regularization of Mr. Hiteshbhai Manubhai Patel as a Director and his appointment as Whole-time Director (Key Managerial Personnel) for a period of three years.
