Bang Overseas Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q4 and FY 2025-2026

Bang Overseas Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the NSE and BSE circulars. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results. The board meeting date to consider, approve, and take on record the audited financial results will be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s) in due course of time.
