Grameva Ltd Appoints SDP & Associates as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Grameva Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. SDP & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors during the 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 5, 2026. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors. SDP & Associates will hold office for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 59th AGM until the conclusion of the 64th AGM. The firm, established in 1993 and headquartered in Kolkata, has extensive experience across various sectors and is empanelled with several prestigious institutions. The remuneration for the new auditors will be determined by the Board of Directors.
