Bannari Amman Reappoints S V Arumugam as MD

Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd. has re-appointed Sri S V Arumugam as Managing Director for a term of 3 years, effective from June 27, 2026, to June 26, 2029. The decision was made during a Board Meeting held on May 29, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval.
