Bannari Amman Sugars Approves Audited Results & ₹12.50 Dividend

The Board of Directors of Bannari Amman Sugars Ltd approved the audited financial results for the financial year 2025-26 and recommended a dividend of ₹12.50 per equity share of ₹10 each, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the appointment of internal auditors M/s Nandakumar & Sundaran and M/s BM & Associates for the financial year 2026-2027, and the appointment of Sri M Nagarajan as Cost Auditor for the same period. The 42nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2026, via video conferencing, with a record date of September 16, 2026.
