Bansal Roofing declares ₹32 dividend for FY26

Bansal Roofing Products Ltd announced its board meeting outcome, approving the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the draft notice for the 1st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 12, 2026, and the draft Board's Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. A final dividend of ₹32 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, was recommended, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within thirty days of the AGM conclusion. The record date for dividend eligibility will be intimated separately.
