Bansal Roofing Products Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2026

Bansal Roofing Products Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company, effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Company’s code to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be reopened after 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting, where the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2026 will be approved. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated separately. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Company during the closed window.
