Bansal Roofing Products Ltd Approves Regularisation of Independent Director & Re-appointment of Another

Bansal Roofing Products Ltd has approved the regularisation of the appointment of Ms. Nishi Brahmkhatri as a Non-Executive Independent Director and the re-appointment of Mr. Ravi Bhandari for a second term as an Independent Director. The appointments were approved at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 25, 2026. Ms. Brahmkhatri, a Chartered Accountant, has diverse professional experience in financial accounting, internal audit, taxation, and financial reporting. Mr. Bhandari, a Civil Engineer, has over 29 years of experience with various corporates and has served as CEO of a listed company. Neither director is related to any director or key managerial personnel of the company.
