Bansisons Tea: Capital Reduction Approved, AGM on June 19, 2026

Bansisons Tea Industries Ltd (now Novyra Pharmachem Limited) announced the Board of Directors approved a proposal for capital reduction under Sections 66 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to BSE, shareholder, and statutory approvals. The board also approved the Director's Report and adopted the Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 19, 2026, via video conferencing. The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will be closed from June 13, 2026, to June 19, 2026, for the AGM. Mrs. Rupal Patel is appointed as Scrutinizer for remote e-voting and voting at the AGM.
