Banswara Syntex Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results & New Agreements

Banswara Syntex Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 31, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the execution of a Power Consumption Agreement and a Share Purchase & Shareholders' Agreement with CGE II Hybrid Energy Private Limited and Continuum Green Energy Limited. Additionally, Ms. Monika Bohara was appointed as Company Secretary Cum Compliance Officer (KMP) effective August 3, 2026. The trading window for company shares will reopen on August 3, 2026.
