Banswara Syntex Approves Unaudited Financial Results and Investment Agreements

Banswara Syntex Ltd announced the approval of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the execution of agreements related to power consumption and share purchase with CGE II Hybrid Energy Private Limited and Continuum Green Energy Limited.
