NCLT Approves Amalgamation of Subsidiaries Blue Planet & Red Apple

United Foodbrands Ltd announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru Bench, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between its subsidiaries, Blue Planet Foods Private Limited (Transferor Company) and Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy Private Limited (Transferee Company). The order was received on June 2, 2026. The amalgamation will become effective from the Appointed Date of April 1, 2024, upon filing the certified order copy with the Registrar of Companies. This move is part of the company's strategic restructuring under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
