Barbeque-Nation Hospitality to Acquire 51% Stake in Willow Gourmet Private Limited for Rs.17 Crores

Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd. has executed a Share Subscription Agreement and Shareholders’ Agreement to acquire up to 51% equity share capital of Willow Gourmet Private Limited (WGPL). Post-acquisition, WGPL will become a subsidiary of Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed by April 30, 2025, and will cost Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd. Rs.17 Crores. WGPL operates an ice-cream brand ‘Omm Nom Nomm’ through the delivery channel and will strengthen Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd.’s delivery portfolio and add another line of growth.
