Trading Window Closure Announced by United Foodbrands Ltd Until After Q1 FY2026-2027 Financial Results

United Foodbrands Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by designated persons and their immediate relatives, as defined under the Code of Conduct, from April 1, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for approval and publication of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
