Baroda Extrusion Ltd Reports Q2 and H1 Results for FY2025, Revenue up by 16%

Baroda Extrusion Ltd, a leading company in the business of Copper Tubes and Bars, has announced its financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025. The company's revenue from operations for Q2 FY2025 stood at INR 4,420.49 crores, a 16% increase from the same period last year. The revenue for the half year ended 30th September 2025 was INR 8,276.55 crores, a 15% year-on-year increase. The total expenses for the quarter were INR 4,273.40 crores, resulting in a profit before exceptional items and tax of INR 147.09 crores. The profit after tax for the period was INR 124.72 crores. The company has also announced a preferential issue of equity shares for a total consideration of INR 37.34 crores. The statement of assets and liabilities as of 30th September 2025 shows total assets of INR 3,847.25 lakhs and total equity and liabilities of INR 4,101.05 lakhs.
