Baroda Rayon Appoints Patel & Associates as Internal Auditor

Baroda Rayon Corporation Ltd has appointed M/s Patel & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The appointment follows the recommendation of the Audit Committee and was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 29, 2026.
