Baron Infotech CIRP: Resolution Plan Approved by NCLT

Baron Infotech Limited's Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) has seen a significant development. The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench-II, has approved the resolution plan submitted by Innopark (India) Private Limited. This approval follows the Committee of Creditors' (CoC) unanimous vote in favor of the plan. An application by Mr. Vivek Kumar Ratakonda challenging the approval was dismissed by the NCLT.
