Avio Smart Market Stack Plans ₹49 Cr Rights Issue

Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (formerly Bartronics India Limited) announced its Board of Directors has approved a Rights Issue to raise up to ₹49 Crore (₹49,00,00,000). The funds will be used for various purposes, including a ₹14 Crore (₹1,400.00 lakh) investment in Ampivo Smart Technologies Private Limited. This investment aims to support Ampivo's AgriTech and Carbon Credits platform, Agri Kisan Setu, with ₹1200 lakh for customer acquisition and ₹200 lakh for technology manpower. The company will also form a Rights Issue Committee to oversee the process and has approved the execution of a Share Purchase and Subscription Agreement with Ampivo.
